In 1999 I left a very lucrative career as Corporate Manager with Inter-Continental Hotels because I was curious to learn more about the complexities of Human Behavior and of ways to live more Stress Free. Everyone was telling me that I was crazy to leave but I was determined to make the change.
I trained in Shiatsu, Time Therapy and the Art of Living. I learned about the bio-chemical processes of our body and brain and how to better deal with our random thoughts and feelings. As a Shiatsu practitioner and Time Therapist I specialized in helping people successfully reduce stress and increase their wellbeing.
For 20 years I had been managing, coaching and developing teams in international Hotel Companies and had loved the coaching/developing part most of all. I had always been passionate about encouraging others to follow their dreams, to use their full potential and to enjoy the ride. As practitioner I had started to coach people on how to create balance between life and work. And then one day I found out that there was actually a profession called Life Coaching. It seemed the perfect next step.
More Life, More Success coaching is rooted in Time Therapy. One of the key elements is that I encourage my clients to look at the past as a reference point and then to focus on the here and now, on what works, what does not and where to move form here. I provide tools and insights, some of them are skills related but most of the time I listen and support my clients on making lasting changes, in identifing the root of the issues and then in taking actions that will achieve the desired results.
