Is Life Coaching for me?

This is a question I am often asked when I tell people what I do. My usual answer is: Life Coaching is for everyone!

As a Life Coach I provide the time, space, structure and support you need to help you to find ways of how you can achieve what you want. Then YOU take the actions needed to succeed.

A Life Coach is similar to a sports coach. The sports coach coaches his players to improve, change and develop so that they can become better players. As a Life Coach I do the same. I coach people to enable them to improve, change and develop.

Life Coaching is an emerging and rapidly growing field, recognised as an important tool in personal and professional development.
